As a result, our member and senior person in our forum Mr.Hemchandra Naik won his medical negligence case today at Thane consumers. Its really appreciating.
The Amount of compensation doesn't matter, though it is important as the losses cannot be recovered. But his fighting spirit is really inspiring. Despite of his health issues he has been struggling hard throughout.
There are People like him, who prove that when it comes to *principle and ethics* we have to...... Everytime money is not important.
